His high energy and impulsive nature is the reason he does most things. Cecil thinks with his body not his brains, letting himself go into danger or jumping into social conversations he has no clue how to be in. Cecil tests his limits and even after testing them he tests again. Seeing how far he can get until he gets beaten the crap out of. The boy is very childish and will keep petty arguments just the sake of keeping it up. He likes to pick and tease on others to see if they will hit him, this is the only way he knows how to interact with others. He lacks the ability to communicate normally in conversations so he tries to get into other's personal bubbles and annoy them for attention.

Cecil has a hard time dealing with authority and often will ignore or downright defy out of spite or boredom. His energy keeps him from paying attention and only things that requires all of his energy can keep him focus long enough to do something. Due to his lack of social skills, he has a very naive understanding of relationships. He never had a friend outside his mother, and he never knew much of other supernatural creatures than what humans had on hand. 

History:

  Elizabeth Lamont spent all her life obsess about the supernatural, she was a part of the occult and took years and years to finally accomplish what she desired most. To summon a demon. She made a contract with the demon, though the request was a strange one, it amused the demon enough for him to agree. A year later she gave birth to Cecil on a summer's night. Much to the "disappointment", the child did not bare any markings or powers of a demon. The only abnormality was his eyes. The father disappeared after said "disappointment" was announce, only coming to his mother to toy with her emotions through the years. 

His mother carried on, sadden and broken, raising Cecil as a normal human child- well as normal as an occult single mother talking to herself can be. He was spoiled and cherish by the mother, she clung onto onto him as he was her only proof of what had happened. At an early age Cecil showed interest and curiosity in pain... his own pain. His mother soon notice Cecil purposefully knocking into things or trying to play with sharp edges. As he grew his mother had to start dulling everything in their home. When he was old enough, Cecil attended a human school, but quickly was dropped out after a few incidents of him and scissors. Elizabeth so scared that someone would try to take her son, took Cecil out and home-schooled him for years. Til he was ten years old.

At ten he returned to school and was immediately an outcast. He tried to communicate with children, but his lack of social skills hurt his ability to talk to kids normal. His desire to hurt himself also made the other children wary, while his strange attitude and affection for mythologies, stories,, urban legends... creeped the others out. At the age of 13 is when he was able to steal a razor blade. His desire to see blood and hearing that many human teenagers do it (he didn't quite understand why they did it) made him curious. He started to slit his skin finding desire from it. He kept doing it for a few weeks, then he started to notice his skin was healing pretty quickly.. Markings faintly started appearing on his back for the next couple years as his powers slowly came in. As soon as he hit sixteen... his powers came in full force. He was able to move his blood on a whim and help speed his healing. The markings on his back dug into his skin and became clearer, permanently looking like a tattoo except for the small appendage that was starting to grow from his spine. A skinny black tail that slowly grew for the next few months. 

His mother noticed this and started to cover the mirrors in the house, refusing Cecil from uncovering them or looking into one. She only kept the pocket size mirror on her. Not ready just yet to let go. One morning, after a shower and getting ready for school Cecil stepped on one of the sheets, pulling it off of the mirror. Making him fall to the floor. He stared at the mirror for an unusual amount of time as he saw a tall man with black hair and clothing, with red eyes stare from the old full length mirror. He watched him step out in shock. The man grinned and called Cecil his son. 

Turns out, Cecil's father had known all along that Cecil would take to his powers in his teens and toyed with his mother out of amusement. He could have come whenever he wanted but he decided to humor Elizabeth's attempts. The demon spent all that time just to torment the mother while keeping an eye on his seed and now he had come back to claim the mother's part of the deal while convincing Cecil to grow in strength. Cecil spent the next few months trying to understand his creation and being, despite acting like it was cool. Unnerved by his father's constant stating of stealing his mother's soul, his father used it to convince Cecil to go to OtherWorlde academy to study and become stronger. Cecil set out on false thinking that his mother's soul be saved once he is done. 

Misc. Information:

• Loves Egyptian style things though he tries to look goth/emo because of his upbringing
  
• Stares at mirrors unusually long to make sure his father isn't inside it. 
• Paints fingernail's black
• Has markings on his back with a trail down the spine that comes out of the skin to form his tail
• Doesn't realize that his father will take his mother's soul before he even has a chance to come back

• His tail is sensitive

Pin-     A weird pin cushion that Cecil thinks is cool... plus he used Cecil for an assignment that caused him pain... = v = what not to like? LOL
Benji-    Benji is like his closest friend so far. Always so huggy and caring.. though Cecil does think Benji panics too much about his well being.. it was just a sneeze....
Iris-   She isn't a very good walker, but always is nice to him.

Licht-    Seems to always be talking to an invisible ghost...
